"Tub was disgusting we refused to shower it was so bad, couldn’t wash our hands in the sink as the sink trickled water next to nothing came out, tv would shut off after 3 seconds of turning it on, we went to check in they gave us a key, we went out to start getting the kids to bed before we even pulled up to the door they were telling us they were putting us in a different room, staff watched and stared as I took my service dog to the bathroom, 10/10 do NOT recommend"
