"Hotel ist wohl eine alte Kaserne, das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Das Restaurant ist abends so „naja“ es gibt nur Buffet. Zur Wahl alles 27€ oder ein Teller für 17€ Qualität ist ok. Bisschen Fleisch, Fisch und Vegetarisch. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern die Betten Bequem. Länger als 1-2 Tage würde ich nicht buchen. Aber für Außendienstler oder Montage völlig ok. "

"Das Bett in meinem Zimmer war die Hölle, als ich unter die hauchdünne Matratze geschaut habe wusste ich auch warum. Da lag einfach ein Brett und darüber die Matratze. Dies ist ein NoGo… !!! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Unter dem Fenster befand sich die „Raucherecke“, eine Bank wo sich am Abend die Freunde des Glimmstängels trafen, dementsprechend roch es dann auch im Zimmer. "Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Man kann jeden hören der im Gang langgeht. Das war kein Problem weil nachts niemand umhergelaufen ist, aber es ist mir morgens aufgefallen als alle zum Frühstück gegangen sind."

"Arrived at 10.30pm after a day of visiting clients and a long drive from Dusseldorf where we got held up in a lot of traffic to find out the hotel was closed no one was there and now stuck with nowhere to go. I hadnt noticed that in the small print it states check in closes at 10pm a detail I think should be highlighted not hidden in small details. Extremely disappointed no one tried to ring or message from the hotel to see if we were arriving. I accept we were late but would have been better for someone to contact us as we were only just after the cut off. They could have left the keys out for us but no they just locked up and left us stranded"
