Home away from home
This home was truly exceptional! The host was ALWAYS available whenever we needed her and was an excellent host. She created a wonderful place to enjoy with friends and family. The space was absolutely what was promised. The beds were super comfy and there was more than enough space for all of us. The entire home smelled freshly cleaned and all of the decorations were beautiful. We just loved every minute of our visit. The home is beautiful and the decorations were very nice. The house came equipped with everything that our family needed. Great location within walking distance to the beach and shopping/eating areas. We will definitely be looking to our next stay at Asbury Park, New Jersey. Thank you always!

Girls weekend
Our girls weekend was a great success in Asbury Park! This property is as described and very close to the boardwalk and beach. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, nice large dining table, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens ... really don't have any negatives to report. Communication was excellent with the owner. Nice dinner at Moonstruck. Thanks for a nice stay!

A Great Stay Even in the Off-Season!
I stayed there with a group of girls in February and don't have anything but great things to say about our stay. Beautiful victorian house that has everything you need for a great group vacation. We loved the huge dining room table and all the living room couches that fit us all! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants makes it a perfect location.

Family Wedding Fun
Perfect beautiful place for a large family gathering!! The owners of this place have thought of everything. So comfortable, so close to the wedding venue. Great house for a family. Reunion
Despite the weather being a complete washout, the house did not dissapoint. It accommodated all 12 of us comfortably and plenty of room with all the comforts necessary for ‘being house bound’ during the tropical storm.

Shore get away
We rented this beautiful house for a week at the shore before traveling to NY for a family wedding. We currently live in AZ, and while I grew up on the Jersey shore, my grandchildren don't have the opportunity to enjoy the beach. The house was perfect, comfortable, and large enough to accommodate our crew! Walking distance to the beach, but quiet enough for cozy evenings. Loved it!

Beautiful home with everything you need!
Our group was in town for a wedding and wanted to find a place big enough for 3 couples and 2 additional friends. We were lucky to have found this listing on VRBO and booked it immediately. Everything was great, the only snag was some miscommunication and difficulty during the check-in process. However, the owner reached out and apologized which was much appreciated. We loved that the kitchen had some snacks to welcome us and laminated instructions on the check-out process. The home had plenty of clean towels and linens which was much appreciated. If we are ever in need of a place to stay in the area again, we would happily book this home!

Beautiful house & location!
We had a wonderful time & stay for my friend’s bachelorette weekend in Asbury Park! The house was beautiful & more than accommodating in every way! Everyone had their own room/bed which was so nice & we loved how spacious, warm & welcoming the house was. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to stay at this property for a large group & the location is just wonderful & so close to Cookman Avenue as well as the beach. From start to finish, Lauren was wonderful throughout the whole process of booking & once we got there for our stay, can’t thank her enough!!

Perfect house for our wedding weekend
What an amazing house! Plenty of space for all of us to stay and get ready for my niece's wedding. We hosted a brunch on Sunday after and it was perfect. The huge dining table was great for the gathering. Thank you Lauren for all your help!

Wedding weekend for our son
We had a great weekend at Lauren’s home celebrating our son’s wedding…even hurricane Ian couldn’t stop us. Lauren’s house was the best. The first floor was so spacious we had plenty of room to host breakfast the morning of his wedding for the bridal party. The bedrooms were roomy and comfy. Lauren was a wonderful host checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend her home to others!

Warm welcome for a family friendly home!
Lauren was a most gracious, caring, concerned, and outstanding homeowner and host! She personally took time to make sure that we had everything that we needed for a great beach-house experience! Her home is beautiful, and every one of my family members upon arrival commented on how lovely the home is! We all felt "right at home" immediately, and were very blue upon departure! (Because our time was complete). We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone, and hope to return very soon again!

Epic Bachelorette Weekend at this place for my sister
We gad such a great stay at Lauren’s place celebrating my sister, the bride to be! We had a Madonna themed dance party one night, and the house was perfect for entertaining our group of 12+ girls! The place is a great location, 4 blocks to the boardwalk. Even in the dead of winter, so much going on in Asbury Park. I would recommend this place to any large group, and hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Stay!
My wife and I hosted our wedding party at Lauren's property during our wedding weekend and the stay was nothing less than perfect! This house is beyond spacious and has enough amentities to house a small army. My wife loved the primary bedroom, which has it's own minifridge and coffee maker and wound up being invaluable as she was getting ready for our big day. The guests loved that we could have three different activities going on in the living room, basement den, and 3rd floor den. And we all had fun going back-and-forth from the Asbury boardwalk using e-scooters, which have a drop/pick up stop right down the street. It's a great stay that's worth the money -- nuff said.

Our stay at Lauren's property was nothing short of perfection! The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and included everything we needed for a wonderful group gathering. We truly enjoyed staying at Lauren's house in AP. She was very communicative and helpful. The home is spacious and well appointed. It is far enough from the beach to really feel separated from the noise, but close enough to walk to attractions and the beach itself. We will certainly stay here again.

Perfect House
This house is perfect and then some - even better than the pictures. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated and every need has been anticipated. It is so large and has so many rooms, we thought we’d get lost in it. One day it took me almost fifteen minutes to find my husband.. He was on the huge front porch that soon became the family gathering spot. The backyard is a charming, beautifully landscaped oasis with a large table for outdoor dining, which we took advantage of multiple times, and a hammock! Best of all, Laureen is a fabulous and caring host.. We’ve decided to make this our annual vacation spot.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful and spacious. We were a group of 9 and had more than enough space to be comfortable together. We loved the big dining table! The location is fantastic as well - we were able to walk to nearby restaurants. It was too cold for us to go to the beach but it's within walking distance as well. Last but not least, Lauren is an amazing host and very responsive. We would love to stay at her house again in the summer when we can go to the beach. PS- the pictures do not do this house justice! It's more beautiful and spacious in person, and feels very cozy.

Fantastic house
I can't say enough about this beautiful home in Asbury Park. The home is beautifully decorated yet homey. The living space is very comfortable and the dining room is truly able to seat a full house. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are all a nice size. The house is perfectly located to walk to the beach or the charming downtown area. Our host was so easy to work with and readily available if we needed anything. If you are vacationing in AP this house is perfect for a family or group of friends.

A great location and wonderful house for visiting Asbury Park. A short walk to the beach, and the house rental includes beach passes and a large storage locker at the beach. The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation.
