I'll start by saying thank you to the staff . They were all accomodating, amazing, great customer service . The room was impeccable. 2 things that I would like to highlight. The main entrance to check in was little tricky to find and the breakfast that my husband had found a hair inside the crepe and the choice of meat in the classic breakfast was missing so we wait a little while for that. But the manager was kind enough to do some service recovery and we opt not to have another set of crepes anymore.

There were several problems. No pool. Coffee maker did not work. No hot water one day. Limited dinner menu and appetizer size dinner Too many extra charges. Spa services were excellent but too expensive

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculate, food was great, view was amazing, I wanted to take the pillows from the bed home with me it was so comfortable. I will never stay anywhere else in asbury park.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was also superb! The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because my partial ocean view was a view of the parking lot and if I strained my neck perhaps I could see a glimmer of the ocean.

The high ceilings were awesome. Room view was great. Wish we had access to the pool table and the foosball. But it's just for residents. Bed was comfy. Chair at the desk needs help. Too hard . need a nice desk chair. Need more storage space (Drawers were limited.

This hotel is beautiful and luxurious. The rooms are gorgeous, quiet and peaceful. They are modern and comfy. The shower was awesome and the products smelled delicious! We stayed there off season and it was excellent. Looking forward to trying it during the summer!
