The hotel staff were sp helpful and efficient, especially with the valet parking (for which I was extra grateful). "Room was extremely clean and spacious, the included breakfast was excellent and the staff were courteous and polite. Transport using the city’s trams which are a short walk away is very convenient. There is light traffic noise with the windows closed at night but nothing that a standard pair of ear plugs cannot deal with. My second time and I will stay again. "

Only issue was duff air-con meaning windows open to keep cool but building noise till late from next door! To be fair, I might have just not known how to work AC, & manager was going to move me, but it got lost in translation I think!"
