Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani od początku do końca.Mieszkanie prosto urządzone,ładne,funkcjonalne z przyjemnym balkonem w budynku ,który nie jest najnowszy i potrzebuje odświeżenia.Lokalizacja bardzo dobra,pod nosem parking, 10 minut na piechotę do portu skąd odpływają statki na archipelag Maddaleine, restauracji, supermarketu,na plażę.Miejscowość przyjemna,strategicznie położona ze względu na zwiedzanie północno-wschodniej Sardynii z możliwym wypadem na Korsykę.Polecamy

Le stanze sono 2, la cucina, abbastanza malmessa, è parte del soggiornino e dove alloggia il divano che potrebbe in altri casi essere anche letto, ah lo stesso locale è anche ingresso e antibagno. Gli appartamenti sono fuori norma( tubi del gas murati che percorrono metri nelle mura ), anche il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata. Il "residence" risulta tranquillo fino a prima dell'ultima settimana di giugno, poi sembra di essere al mercato( giorno e notte ).

für den Preis ein wenig abgewohnt

Der Check in hat nicht reibungslos funktioniert. Wir mussten bei Mittagshitze 90 min. warten bis wir nach einigen Telefonaten und What app Bildern erfahren haben, welches unser Appartment ist. Ob jetzt die Agentur unser Ankunft nicht angekündigt hat oder der Eigentümer es verbummelt hat, konnten wir nicht erruiren. Die Agentur war auf jeden Fall sehr hilfsbereit. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett, spricht nur italienisch. Mit Händen und Füssen konnten wir uns ein wenig verständigen. Eine Information bzgl. wo/wie der Müll entsort gehört, wäre hilfreich gewesen, konnten wir aber selbst ausfindig machen. Auch das schmutzige Bettlaken konnten wir mit Hilfe von Whats app reklamieren und bekamen neue. 86 Euro Kosten für Strom/Gasverbrauch pro Woche fanden wir ganz ordentlich, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. (wäre aber auch nicht nötig gewesen). Das Appartement ist klein und schlicht gehalten - italienisch. Die Waschmaschine ist alt und schleudert mit geschätzten 600 u/min. Handtuchwaschen soll gut geplant sein ;-) Die Küche ist klein und ok. Das Badezimmer ist auf den ersten Blick ganz ok. Wenig Stellfläche vorhanden. Der Duschvorhang gehört erneuert und das WC hat bei jedem Spülgang eine Wasserlacke am Boden hinterlassen. (abgesehen von der Lautstärke der Spülung). Die Appartmentsiedlung ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig, die Lage ca. 10 min. zu Fuss vom "Zentrum" entfernt, Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden. kein WLAN... war aber auch nicht in unserer Anzeige!

Abitazione vicina alle spiagge, al centro di Cannigione ed agli uffici di noleggio bici, auto e gommoni. La Signora Addis è stata molto cortese con noi. Consigliatissimo.

la casa è situata in una posizione molto tranquilla di cannigione , a poca distanza si trovano tutti i servizi necessari, la casa è arredata con il minimo indispensabile per una rilassante vacanza , a nostro avviso ideale per i clienti con dei bambini avendo a disposizione un bel prato verde di fronte l'alloggio

appartamento situato in reside...

appartamento situato in residence tranquillo e ben tenuto. dispone di tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria per far da mangiare. a parte i detersivi e spugnette non bisogna portare altro. l'arredamento è essenziale ma ben tenuto. non necessita di aria condizionata perchè l'appartamento è molto arieggiato ed è possibile mangiare sul balcone anche a mezzogiorno perchè il sole non batte. Consigli di viaggion: le spiagge sono raggiungibili in macchina la più bella vicino all'appartamento è la mannenna altrimenti baia sardinia o tutte quelle della costa smeralda che sono a circa 15 minuti di auto. per i ristoranti non c'è che l'imbarazzo della scelta a noi è piaciuto molto la vecchia lampara direttamente sul mare oppure raggiungibile a piediil ristorante la randa. per la pizza il migliore è da nico.

Belle location très bien placée dans le village comme pour le tourisme de la Sardaigne du nord

Belle rencontre avec la gérante qui nous a donné des idées de visite Merci à Maria qui nous a très bien reçu Un bel appartement de vacances équipé comme il faut Une terrasse pour les repas avec une vue dégagée Belle situation dans le village pour les sorties du soir on est à 5minutes du port pour les marchés nocturnes et les glaciers 😋😉 et prendre le bateau pour les Îles de la Madeleine 👌

La propriété est magnifique et bien entretenue. En ce qui concerne l’appartement la douche est vraiment petite et les matelas ne sont pas confortables ! Mais sur l’ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous avons vue des plages magnifique !! Merci

Schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in Anlage

Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch eingerichtet, angenehm kühl und sauber. Die supernette Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit, ebenso wie der freundliche Hausmeister. Es erwartete uns ein grosszügiger Obst-Gemüsekorb, Wein und kaltes Wasser sowie ein Willkommensgruß. Schöne Gartenanlage mit dem Nachteil, dass alle 1-2 Wochen im Sommer ein Gift gegen Mücken gespritzt wird, dessen Namen dort niemand kennt und wir mit 2 Kleinkindern gereist sind, die noch Einiges in den Mund stecken und gerne auf der Wiese spielten. Wir waren dann doch unsicher und haben die Kinder nicht mehr auf der Wiese spielen lassen. Sehr schade.
