Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The accommodation is located in Porto Cervo, the undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is a coastal hamlet of the Gallura town of Arzachena.

In the summer, it becomes an extraordinary, glittering parade of luxury motor yachts, yachts, and celebrities: in the little square, it’s easy to find yourself shopping alongside film and TV stars.

The seaside village grew up around a natural inlet shaped like a deer. The harbour is home to the Costa Smeralda Yacht Club, a prestigious club that organises international sailing regattas.

Don’t miss the Stella Maris Church, designed by architect Michele Busiri Vici, which overlooks Porto Cervo Marina.

Just a short walk from the tourist centre lie breathtaking beaches: Cala Granu Beach and Grande Pevero Beach, with meticulously maintained golf courses stretching out behind them. Separated by a headland, you’ll find the small beach of Piccolo Pevero.

Offshore, you can admire the islets of Li Nibani, “the seagulls.” Two kilometres further south lie other wonders: Romazzino and Principe Beach (named in honour of the Aga Khan). At the opposite end of the “emerald” headland, you’ll be enchanted by delightful coves, including Cala di Volpe and Liscia Ruja. Even further south, don’t miss the paradise of Cala Capriccioli.

- From Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by car or taxi in 37 minutes.

Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by taking bus No. 514 to the Olbia Corso Vittorio Veneto 3C-CAPOLINEA stop. From there, take Line 601 to the Molino Ficaccia stop, where you can transfer to Line 604 to the Porto Cervo stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.
