    The holiday flat is situated in a small, private residential complex on the Costa Smeralda – Porto Cervo, surrounded by extensive gardens featuring typical Mediterranean flora and centuries-old Ginepro (Sardinian juniper).
    Thanks to its privileged location, the flat enjoys a fantastic view of the emerald-turquoise waters of Cala Grano Bay, whose famous white sandy beach is just 60 metres away. A private parking space and mobile Wi-Fi are included.
    The accommodation features a large terrace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a television, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation has its own entrance. The architectural style faithfully follows the original Sardinian-Mediterranean design, with terracotta floors and ceramics.
