"The room wasn’t very clean. We found a pink fingernail in the chair, the back of toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and someone’s smoothie was leftover in the fridge. "

The staff when we checked in was not very friendly. There was something resembling snot on a bath towel and there were ants in our room. We didn't notice them until my daughter moved her bag the next morning, otherwise we would've requested a different room. The TV is also not very user friendly, and was quite slow when attempting to turn the channels or get to the guide. The beds were comfortable and appeared clean until we discovered the towel and the ants. "
