There were dust on the desk, bathroom and toilet were not cleaned, hotwater only came occassionally for shower. Only one towel for a couple. Kitchen is dirty. There are cockroach crawling allover the kitchen. Better clean your utensils before eating. The hotel didn't even have credit card charging machine. Watch out the owner will try to charge you 3% extra for using credit cards which is not on the Hotel.com statement. Don't have the hotel arrange your Safari trip. I thought he ordered from outside professional safari vendors. It was his own Rangerover and a temporary driver, not a professional tour guide. No guidance, no explanation of where we are going, not speaking much english the whole trip. We save $40 with two people. If I had known that was arranged I would order my own safari trip online. The included lunch boxes are leftover from the breakfast earlier and no utensils given and no water. We had to eat noodles by hands. Our whole stay and safari were a diasater. The owner also is the manager tried to nickle and dime you to death. He tried to save every pennies to boost his profit. Customers service is not his priority. He told his driver and guide himself in Swahili language. Fortunately we have one person speak Swahili. I would not recommend this place for a million years. Oh, his room rate is cheap for a reason. Otherwise he would not get any customers.
