His dedication went far beyond what anyone could expect. When I lost a personal object that seemed almost impossible to recover, Daniel did not stop until he found it. His effort, persistence, and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a story with a perfect ending. This level of attention and humanity is rare to find and made us feel truly valued as guests.
