"Arrived very tired having struggled to find it due to road closures. booked on here, no one at the hotel to welcome usas explained on our booking paperwork. Rang and got through to an English speaking person who cycled down to us to show us in and let us park the motorcycle in the locked garage. Great food that night in the main hotel where we were supposed to go for check in. This needs to be explained on the booking as it is only around the corner but if you don’t know, you don’t know. "This hotel has been providing excellent service for 20 years that I know of. Its not fancy, its classy and understated. The restaurant downstairs has fantastic food and a comfortable classy ambiance. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is large, and the outside balcony off the room is a delight during good weather. I will stay here again when in Vechta horse shopping. "
