"The hotel is clean, staff was helpful. It has a bit of a shabby look and feel, the breakfast while convenient to have was very average. It was 25-30 mins walk from the downtown Napa. Fresh cookies in the evening is a shining star feature. It is overpriced in my opinion. Whether because it was a weekend or a general location (Napa is expensive), the hotel itself too price for what they offer."

"This hotel was priced inexpensive, a block and a half from the Uptown theater, and walking distance to many wine and food places. It is simple safe parking in courtyard, not fancy but comfortable. I will be back to see more music at the venue was a lot of fun!"

"Breakfast was good- we had a dog friendly room on the first floor which was perfect - everything was clean and staff very pleasant. They even had a little wine tasting in the evening. "

"The hotel is beautiful and so convenient to downtown Napa. The spa was amazing. Did not love the breakfast/ way too much butter on the food. Maybe some people would love that/ but it was not for me. The rooftop bar was fun and the food and drinks were great. The bathtub in the room was a huge bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Also- the outdoor fireplace in the room ( plus the cozy blanket) were perfect. Overall a 9/10!"

"Good staff and the parking easy access"

"Parking is easy enough. Check in and out went as expected. Staff was friendly. Beds and pillows were comfortable. A bit on the older side and some things didn’t seem clean, including the pool. Heater had a smell when first turning it on, but it went away fairly quickly. Refrigerator froze our food. Mediocre, but did the job for a last minute trip/booking."
