  • In the small village of Betlem, just 500 m from the sea, Casa Miquel-Betlem is a modernly furnished holiday home located directly on the Bay of Alcudia. Spread over two floors, this house offers a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. Please note that the bathrooms feature mechanical ventilation rather than windows. You also have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a cot, and a high chair at your disposal. The outdoor area includes a pool, sun loungers, a covered terrace, and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing days outdoors with views of the sea on the horizon.



    The nearest beach is about 500 m away. Restaurants are located in the village, and for a greater variety of shops, you can visit the beautiful coastal town of Colonia de Sant Pere, which is a 10-minute drive away. Die Unterkunft ist schöner, als auf den Fotos. Die Schafzimmer sind sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, ansonsten ist das Haus wunderschön! Mit 3 Terrassen, riesigem Balkon, Meerblick. Betlem ist ruhig, mit sehr schönen Häusern und charmantem kleinen Supermarkt.Vor und neben dem Grundstück sind 2 Baustellen, die im Moment brachliegen, bei Bebauung sicher störend.

Todo perfecto.

Pros: Todo ha ido muy bien. Fiel reflejo de lo que se anuncia en la plataforma. Es una casa amplia, cómoda, estaba muy limpia y exterior tal cual. Todo facilidades por parte del anfitrión, Miquel, que ha sido muy amable y atento. Cons: Nada.

Großes Haus, netter Vermieter

Pros: Es hat eigentlich alles gepasst. Das Haus lag recht ruhig, war sauber und ist geräumig. Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, wobei 2 Betten oben auf einer offenen Empore stehen. Der Parkplatz für (einen) Mietwagen ist auf dem Grundstück. Das ist in der Hochsaison wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da die Straße vor dem Haus jetzt schon (April) am Wochenende tagsüber komplett zugeparkt war. Zur Begrüßung hatten wir einen großen Obstkorb sowie Wasser, Wein und ein paar Knabbersachen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Wir wurden über den Check-In und alles Notwendige im Vorfeld per WhatsApp informiert. Die Antworten auf unsere Fragen kamen immer sehr schnell. Der persönliche Kontakt war auch sehr freundlich. Interessante Anekdote - obwohl der Vermieter im Vorfeld per WhatsApp in einwandfreiem Deutsch kommuniziert hat, sprach er bei der persönlcihen Begrüßung kein Wort Deutsch und nur sehr leidlich Englisch - es lebe Google Übersetzer (oder ein sprachbegabtes Familienmitglied / Freund).
