"Big home with a great pool for 2 families to enjoy a lovely island get away. Host and owner were nice, responsive, attentive and helpful. It is an older house, so minor issues with shower spray, mild musty smell, dust from outside. But no issues that were a big problem. We were mainly put back on the patio and swimming- the pool is amazing. The surroundings are private, peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous. We would stay again!"

"Die Finca ist wirklich schön, urig, weitläufig und gut gepflegt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und die Lage war auch optimal. Mit dem Auto war man in 5min direkt in Arta. Auch mit einem kleinen Spaziergang ist die Innenstadt recht schnell erreicht. Die Grillecke mit Außenküche war unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch der große Pool ist sehr sauber und wird 1-2 mal die Woche gereinigt bzw. gecheckt. Die Bäder waren sauber, die Schlafzimmer geräumig und alles hatte einen sehr charmanten Flair. "Felt very private and located 10mins walk from the town beach and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood with easy parking and dramatic backdrop of mountains. Lovely property and pool was a huge bonus. Air conditioning in main room and fans in bedrooms made it comfortable. Well equipped kitchen."

"Pros: Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat einen tollen Pool. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist auch sehr gut. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Cons: Das dritte Bad ist nicht im Haus sonder am Pool. Wir hatten sehr viele Mückenstiche obwohl in den Schlafräumen Insektenschutz sich an den Fenstern befindet. Man sollte sich da vielleicht vorbeugen mit einem Spray einsprühen."

"Pros: If you have high expectations from seeing the pictures, you are right so. The finca lives up to them easily. Its the old family home and you can see how much love and care went into everything for an enjoyable stay for guests. The owner and his mother are very attentive, but in a restrained manner and provide helpful information on beaches, restaurants, etc. The finca is about 4 km outside of the nice city of Artà.
