Detached house of 120 sqm built on a plot of 1100 square meters, with spacious porch with dining and living area. Solarium with chill out on the upper floor equipped for outdoor meals with barbecue. Surrounded by spacious terraces and gardens.
The house is ideal for families with children, to have ping-pong and a basketball goal, has several relaxation areas and meeting to enjoy the complete tranquility of the urbanization of Betlem, also has a young pine wood and grass . I sea views are spectacular mountain from anywhere in the house, but from the solarium, the panoramic Ferrutx covers Cape, Cape Formentor and Pinar Cape, enjoying much of the Tramuntana mountains. The sunsets are unforgettable.
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, toaster; open to living dining room with sea views, TV with Freeview.

WOW! Stunning location

If you like peace, quiet & tranquility in a beautifully stunning away from it all place this property could be for you. We loved the outdoor space which is why we went for a house like this. The views are breathtaking & dinner on the roof terrace was thoroughly enjoyed every evening, The garden is bigger than the photos do it justice. There’s so many different spots to enjoy & week really wasn’t enough here. It’s completely relaxing even with the kids!! Bartomeu the host was there to greet us & always available to advise you on anything. I’d say it’s perfect for a family of 4 who don’t want a resort & enjoy a natural environment. Our boys loved it, especially the gorgeous pool area of course. There is of course lots to do in the local area. We went kayaking, hiking, snorkelling, visited lots of towns & other beaches in this South East relatively unspoilt corner of gorgeous Mallorca. Forth time on the island & we still can’t get enough!! Thanks Bartomeu we had a wonderful week x

Toller Aufenthalt in Betlem

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt und gute Kommunikation

Der Aufenthalt in Betlem war sehr angenehm. Sehr schöne Villa. Wie auf den Bildern. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Dachterasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war ebenfalls sehr sehr gut und es wurde immer mindestens innerhalb von 3 Stunden geantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great holidays

The house is really beautiful, has a beautiful garden with Pool and great view over the sea from the different terraces of the house. The house is big enough for 4-5 persons, especially families with 2 or 3 children. I think, It‘s important to have a car to go shopping and go to the beaches of the coast of Alcudia, then the holidays are Perfect! We really enjoyed it and will come back!

Vielen Dank für die schönen Urlaubstage! Der Vermieter war sehr nett und absolut zuverlässig! Er war jederzeit erreichbar und trotzdem sehr diskret. Es hat alles super reibungslos geklappt, wir wurden selbst mit ein paar Getränken im Kühlschrank begrüßt. Die Finca ist viel schöner als auf den Fotos abgebildet! Es fehlt an gar nichts. Der Meerblick und die Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär! Mit dem Auto kann man alles hervorragend erreichen, ansonsten ist man in Betlem halt ganz ruhig untergebracht. Verbessern würden wir die Matratzen, die Betten sind sehr hart. Und vor den Fenstern sollte man Moskitonetze anbringen, da Mücken schon keine Seltenheit sind. Ansonsten hatten wir einen mega schönen und entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub! Ich denke, wir würden wiederkommen!

Paysages de rêve

Les vues des nombreux coins de détente et de repas sont ce qui nous a le plus marquées pendant notre séjour dans cette maison de caractère. Le contact avec le propriétaire était agréable et facile. Les équipements étaient bien adaptés et il y avait déjà de nombreux ingrédients de cuisine et de toilette à disposition. Nous avons particulièrement aimé faire des limonades avec les citrons du jardin. Heureusement que la climatisation fonctionnait bien car il a fait très chaud pendant notre séjour. Nous y reviendrions sans problème.

Hübsches und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Highlights sind die Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von Alcudia und der prächtige Garten mit Pool. Die Ausstattung des Anwesens ist sehr gut und funktional, Haus und Garten sind gepflegt und sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert, technische Geräte sind auf dem aktuellen Stand der Technik, WLAN funkt richtig gut. Bartomeu hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und steht jederzeit mit Tipps und Rat zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Achtung: für den Cala na Clara braucht man definitiv festes Schuhwerk, bisschen klettern muss man schon, der Sandstrand selber ist absolut traumhaft (und in der Hauptsaison vermutlich recht gut besucht - das war jetzt in der Nebensaison kein Problem). Das Casablanca bietet sehr leckere lokale Küche, waren dort mehrfach essen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, auch wenn wir wegen ungeplanter Umbuchung unseres Rückfluges einen Tag eher abreisen mussten. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Ausblicke und herrlicher Garten mit Pool

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus mit seinen fantastischen Ausblicken und hatten eine tolle Zeit!!! Der Kontakt zu und mit Bartomeu war total unkompliziert, fand per WhatsApp statt und sorgte dafür, dass er uns kurzfristig Bescheid gab, dass das Haus ein paar Stunden früher bezugsfertig ist. Dort angekommen haben wir uns direkt willkommen gefühlt; Bartomeu hat uns alles gezeigt, erklärt und ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus ist wirklich super! Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum wohnen und Urlaub machen braucht. Das absolute Highlight ist aber der Außenbereich, der so großzügig ist und so schön angelegt wurde. Rundherum (im Juni herrlich blühende) Oleander, ein großer Pool und gemütliche Liegen. Alles sehr gepflegt. Von den unterschiedlichen Terrassen sieht man immer das Meer und von der Dachterrasse hat man den besten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Dazu ein Glas Wein – was will man mehr. Fußläufig (ca. 15 Minuten) vom Haus erreicht man die Cala Na Clara, eine kleine Bucht mit einem Sandstrand. Am besten festes Schuhwerk anziehen, denn man muss in die Bucht über Felsen (ungefährlich) absteigen. Wir hatten die Bucht morgens bzw. vormittags teilweise ganz für uns alleine, zum Mittag hin wird es dann voller. Größere, bewirtschaftete Strände erreicht man in der Umgebung mit dem Auto. Playa de Muro und Playa Cala Agulla haben uns gut gefallen, da ist natürlich deutlich mehr los. Die Ortschaft Betlem ist so gelegen, dass man in jedem Falle ein Auto braucht, mit diesem eben aber auch alles gut erreichen kann. Uns hat die Ruhe rund um das Haus total gut gefallen ohne Lärm aus dem Ort, Musik aus Kneipen etc… Wenn wir wieder an die Nordküste Mallorcas kommen, werden wir ganz sicher wieder versuchen, dieses Haus zu buchen. Im Freundes- und Familienkreis haben wir das Haus auch schon wärmstes weiterempfohlen.

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Blick, ruhige Umgebung

Super schönes Haus, großzügig, mit viel Platz, sehr gut ausgestattet (es war alles da, auch die kleinen alltäglichen Dinge: Handtücher, Klopapier, Gewürze, Kerzen etc.). Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, es gibt verschiedenste schöne Sitzgelegenheiten auf den Terrassen und im Garten. Alles ist mit viel Geschmack gestaltet und eingerichtet. Für unsere Teenie-Kinder ideal: Pool, Tischtennisplatte und sogar Basketballspielen war möglich Wir haben fast jeden Abend draußen gesessen und besonders die späten Frühstücke auf der oberen Terrasse mit dem Blick über die ganze Bucht sehr genossen. Ende Oktober war es leider mit dem Wetter nicht mehr ganz so toll, deswegen haben wir den schönen Pool eher zum erfrischen benutzt. Zu dieser Jahreszeit kommt die Sonne auch sehr spät hinten über die Berge, so dass erst so ab circa 11/11:30 Uhr wirklich Sonne auf dem Grundstück ist. Der Ort ist ruhig und schön, ist aber eine Feriensiedlung, kein echtes Dorf, nettes Restaurant gab es trotzdem. Der kleine Strand war leider total veralgt, zum Baden muss man also irgendwo anders hin fahren. Betlem liegt natürlich sowieso ziemlich abgelegen. Spaziergang an der Küste(punta d‘es Calo) und auch das Wandern zur Eremita und weiter in die Berge rein war aber sehr schön und ging direkt vom Haus aus.

Ein absoluter Traum

Wir waren im Oktober 2021 mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder - 7 und 10 Jahre) in Bartomeus Haus und wir waren von Anfang bis Ende begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat einwandfrei geklappt - Schlüsselübergabe ect. haben wunderbar funktioniert. Das Haus ist der absolute Wahnsinn! - Es ist alles vorhanden und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr "zu Hause" gefühlt! Auch haben wir in unserer Urlaubs-Woche rein gar nichts vermisst - alles war zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Es gibt in dem Haus eine Waschmaschine, eine Geschirr-Spülmaschine, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine...kurz: Es war alles da, was man zum Leben brauchte! Das Beste an dem Haus bzw. an dem Grundstück ist definitiv die tolle Lage in der ruhigen Ortschaft Betlem. Das große Grundstück erstreckt sich über mehrere Ebenen - und überall sind tolle Sitz-Möglichkeiten geschaffen worden. Egal ob unten am Pool (der war übrigens schon recht kalt...weil Ende Oktober!), mitten im Garten, auf der Terrasse oder oben auf der Dach-Terrasse...es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten, den Tag und den Abend draussen an der frischen Luft zu verbringen. Wir können dieses Haus nur jedem weiterempfehlen! Bartomeu ist ein toller Hausbesitzer und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit auf Mallorca - wir kommen bestimmt ´mal wieder!

Traumhafte Lage

Wunderbare Aussicht von der Dachterrasse bis Cap Formentor und zum Tramuntanagebirge, zum Sonnenuntergang mit einem schönen Glas Wein einfach nur ein Traum! Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Bartomeu perfekt, zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank schon mal ausgestattet mit Wasser, Bier und Sekt. Top ausgestattete Küche, da fehlt es an nichts. Restaurant Casa Blanca nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, leckere Gerichte auf der Karte mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden dieses herrliche Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wunderbares Anwesen!

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Am schönsten ist der in mehreren Ebenen angelegte, sehr gepflegte Garten und der Pool auf der untersten Ebene. Es gibt mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten. Angefangen von der Dachterasse mit Außenküche und Grill, überdachter Terrasse und Gartenterasse. Wunderbar! Wir haben uns selten so wohl in einem Ferienhaus gefühlt. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Wunderbar sind auch die Wandermöglichkeiten an der Küste entlang. Bartomeu, vielen Dank, dass wir Ihr Gast sein dürften!

Großartige zwei Wochen, wunderbarer Blick!

Wir haben in Betlem zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Bartomeu, super unkompliziert (kamen bereits um 11.00 Uhr an, alles vorbereitet - inklusive Wasser und Bier und Wein im Kühlschrank, ...). Wirklich prima! Das Haus war sauber, gemütlich und sehr persönlich (habe länger mit Bartomeu gesprochen: er und seine Familie nutzen das Haus selbst in ihren Ferien, daher auch der schöne persönliche Touch). Blick zu Meer mit Sonnenuntergang phantastisch. Perfekt sind Garten und Terassengestaltung - es gibt einige schattige und wirklich gemütliche Plätze (Tisch mit Stühlen auf der Terasse und „im Garten“; Loungemöbel zum Lesen; Dachterasse mit Weber-Grill; ...). Wir waren begeistert! Für 4 bis 6 Personen (also Paar plus 1 bis 4 Kinder) absolut passend. Wir habe gerne (und ich denke gut) auf das Haus aufgepasst und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Absolut fantastisches Haus mit stilvoller Einrichtung und grosszügiger Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der grosse und gepflegte Garten mit Salzwasserpool hat zum Spielen wie auch zum Verweilen eingeladen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Kontakt zu ihm sehr herzlich. Wir würden unsere Ferien mit unseren 4 Kids jederzeit gerne wieder da verbringen!

Einfach perfekt!

Wir waren zu fünft in dem Haus. Das Haus ist einfach perfekt. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann unter sich sein. Die Dachterrasse ist super schön. Man kann dort gut sitzen. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder her kommen

Amazing outside space and sunset in peaceful surroundings

Loved the property with a special outside view at all levels and angles. Always areas of shade to offset other spaces bathed in the lovely Mallorca sun. Sunsets from the roof are amazing accompanied by the bbq and Spanish Rioja. Hire car is essential for travel to supermarkets and any places you wish to explore but it’s a beautiful part of the island. Inside was traditional and simple but more than comfortable with everything we needed. Owner was lovely and the whole process seamless. Didn’t want to leave.
