10/10 Excellent
"Staff! I just want to give a shout out to David at the front desk who went out of how way to solve a problem with my shower when I first arrived. He turned a potentially uncomfortable stay into a great one. Hotel is close to the University with good restaurants close by and a comfortably set up lobby for business travelers. Highly recommend a King suite room as the Queen singles are quite small. "
"Our stay was excellent! The staff was very professional, courteous and kind. My husband and I were in Syracuse for a funeral, and the front desk representative was extremely hospitable, making sure my family was comfortable as we gathered in the lobby near the fireplace with our extended family after the funeral service.
The hallways were quiet, and we had a very restful sleep. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Furniture was outdated, but it was not a problem for us. There was evidence of many other upgrades in the lobby: a fantastic coffee machine with complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Overall, we enjoyed our 2-day stay and if we need accommodations in Syracuse again, we will go back there! "
