Great location. Nice hotel

Overall nice stay - conveniently located in Armory Square. Very walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. Free covered parking was a big plus on a wintery day.

The check process was great the front desk staff member was professional and friendly and funny made the process a breeze. The cleanliness of the lobby and room was awesome! The location is really convenient as well can walk alot of places. Definitely will stay again

Nice hotel in downtown Syracuse

Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided.

The 2 Irish bars across the street are very noisy and you can hear all kinds of street noise from every floor of the hotel. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful.

The hotel staff were helpful. The property is in a great location. The room was clean but sheets were thin and rough. A high pitched building alarm rang from 2am until 8am. Overall it was an average stay.
