Très bon séjour,nous étions peut être les premiers à réserver du coup, poussière ,QQ toiles d araignées mais surtout un problème d humidité dû à un manque de VMC fonctionnelle.... Pour le reste, équipement et emplacement parfait avec un magnifique extérieur et très calme

Tres bien située, agréable mais pas propre à l’arrivée (ménage non fait sous les meubles et douche bouchée par les cheveux…). Pour le reste: accueil, séjour… rien a dire. Coup de cœur pour Ars et Loix. Piste cyclable entre Loix et St Martin de toute beauté.

We had a great time in Ars-en-Ré, a little tiny house with everything you need It was a pity the WIFI end television didn’t work. Nice garden with a lot of privacy

Tout est accessible à pieds depuis ce tout petit studio avec jardin agréable.
Suggestions : un porte-savon accessible lorsque l’on prend une douche. Un porte-serviettes ou une patère dans le passage vers la douche. Un couteau à pain dans le tiroir cuisine. Une petite balayette avec pelle pour ramasser les miettes. Grille-pain hors service.
