- Newer home with open living room, kitchen, dining area perfect for family gatherings. The fully furnished home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guestroom, a queen sized airbed and pack n play for additional sleeping arrangements to accommodate up to 6 guests. Linens, towels and bathroom supplies are also provided. Indoor laundry, attached 2 car garage with EV charger, private fenced backyard with deck and grill will make you feel at home. All utilities are included in this monthly rental. Pets welcomed! Conveniently located minutes to area beaches and the Village of Arroyo Grande.
