Set in an ideal location, it's a short walk to historic Arrowtown’s main shopping and eating street, and an easy connection to the stunning Arrow River walk and cycle tracks. A local Four Square minimarket, the town swimming pool and bowling green, and multiple playgrounds are all minutes’ walk away.

Proximity to multiple ski fields, world-class golf courses, and stunning lakes and cycle tracks makes it the ideal location for golfers, cyclists, runners, walkers, and skiers. Equally, the lovely garden and cosy conservatory, along with the fireplace in wintertime, make it the perfect place for anyone wanting to read, relax, and enjoy the surrounding views.

It is a 20-minute drive to Queenstown Airport and 25 minutes to Queenstown CBD. Coronet Peak access road is 15 minutes away.
