"Incredible vacation home in a superb Algarve location. We loved the home — especially the large pool. The home had everything we needed and the host (Tracey) was super responsive to our questions during our stay. The home is perfectly located within a short walk to the beach and incredible cliff top walks that take you to other beaches. There are also some wonderful restaurants all within a short walk of the property. With our rental car we were able to get to some other Algarve locations (Silves, Largos and the Slide and Splash waterpark all within 30-60 minutes drive). Would highly recommend this property and location to others considering a trip to the Algarve. Our family made some wonderful memories this week. We hope to return next year!"

"I felt I should write a review after reading lots of bad reviews about this hotel, as I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very basic and doesn't have air conditioning but I knew this before booking. My room didn't get a lot of sun and the temperature was fine. It is clean and there were cleaners working all the time. There are a lot of steps in it but I didn't have a problem with that, there is an elevator. All the photos the hotel provides are exactly how it is. There is a lovely view from the pool and breakfast area. Breakfast was basic, as expected but enjoyable due to the lovely views. It is in an elevated position above the old town, so I would usually walk to the town, which isn't far and get an uber back, which was €4. The lady at reception was very pleasant. Overall, I knew what I had booked before I arrived and I didn't expect five star facilities at a two star hotel. Also I was travelling on my own and felt safe. "

"We just checked out today (7/24/25) from our honeymoon. I see what people say online about the hotel being outdated. That being said, it is kept very clean including the pools, restaurant and rooms. The staff are outstanding and the location is quiet in a beautiful neighborhood that is conveniently close to the marina as well as a few beaches. We walked to 4-5 of them and saw (and went) to a lot of restaurants that are close by. Another good thing is that it is truly adult only with no screaming kids. I love kids but sometimes you just want to be in a quiet location. We would definitely stay here again."
