"Staff are very friendly, professional and polite! Breakfast was nice. Room quite small but was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was quite hard/firm. Shower room had a musty/damp smell and some mould in shower, extractor fan didnt seem to work and the shower head wouldnt stay up (kept falling down the adjustable bar) so had to bend down to wash my hair. Didn't have time to use the pool unfortunately. The restaurant attached to the hotel was good, again great staff! "

"Stayed here as we were visiting Oradour sur Glane. Was feeling hopeful before arrival as we received an email saying our room was ready and we were invited to enjoy food and drink at the hotel. On arrival the front desk agent was on the phone. Two other staff by embers could be heard laughing and chatting in back office. One came out and said hello but went back to office again.
