"Nice hotel and bar area "

"The hotel is really clean and pleasant and in a great location in the centre of Puerto Princesa, only moments walk away from multiple restaurants and a shop/ pharmacy. The room was huge and had everything you need including safe, mini fridge, hairdryer etc. The pool area is lovely, perfect for cooling off after time out in the heat, and there is also massages available in the spa. The best part about the hotel is the staff, they were all incredibly welcoming and friendly, and always happy to help in any way they can!"

"The staff was amazing and so kind they treat you like royalty. They gave me a friend ship bracelet at the end of our stay. Edmond, Dave, Jarius and JP were just a few of the staff that were amazing! Thank you so much"

"Staff were super friendly, always ready to help. For example, the maintenance worker and security guard informed us that we had a flat tire, they then filled the tire with air for us. Before I could get it fixed, it was flat again. I asked the staff if they had a car jack so that my husband can place the spare on, but they did it themselves without hesitation. I would highly recommend staying here while visiting Puerto Princesa City."
