Arrived to be refused admission to car park. Searched in area for a short term parking and walked a distance back to book in. Was then found a parking in the hotel! Young receptionist had no English, this did not matter as I speak French. Rooms small but clean, bathroom cold. Bed comfortable. Restaurant pretty, food not good,. Quennelles had no taste and were in white sauce with apple, the sauce was obviously reheated. The risotto was made with cream, not usual, was tepid and bot appetising. Waiter friendly and helpful but didn’t like it when the food was criticised in response to his enquiry. We should have eaten out.

Ideally located beautiful typically French hotel, comfortable rooms and excellent service. Central for visiting Arras, WW1 WW2 Cemeteries and Memorials.

Overnight stop
Only an overnight en route to Calais, great location close to centre of Arras which has a lovely Christmas Market and lots of restaurants and bars. Secure parking for an extra fee, limited number of spaces but no problem on this occaision.

Parking and access are somewhat difficult. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot which were appreciated after a red eye flight. Access to the town square was very easy by foot. We had a lot of luggage which was difficult to manoeuvre in the hotel, there is an elevator however there were additional steps to our room on the 2nd floor and they were narrow. No one to help. If you have difficulty with luggage ask for an accessible room

Comfortable, great location, good staff. Excellent
Very comfortable hotel, good breakfast, easy on-site parking (at extra cost), and with a hotel bar that is actually open and worth sitting in (rare these days). Would love to stay again. Efficient, helpful staff. Excellent location.

The hotel is good, the staff friendly and helpful and it’s less than five minutes to the place des heros. Like many traditional French hotels rooms are rather spartan (not all have tvs though they do have kettles) and not the most modern. Breakfast not worth €16 and the approach to the hotel is scruffy. As a stop-off in Arras though it was ideal.

Not A 4 Star Hotel
The hotel needs an update. Didn't expect rain buckets in the hallway. All the carpet needs a good cleaning or better still needs changing, lack of storage, wardrobe handle were broken. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, coffee jugs and a kettle to boiled water is not what one expects from a 4 star hotel.

Staff very very helpful and friendly, room was good and bed very comfortable. We enjoyed a meal on arriving quite late and tired and breakfast was good. Parking was very convenient, but you do need to book in advance.Overall and excellent stopover to break the journey.

It was such a quaint hotel in Arras. They have parking although we did not know you had to book that in advance, the staff there helped us find parking close by which was very courteous of them. The room was great, huge bathroom. We had the buffet breakfast which had plenty of options. All in all a great stay and we would love to return there some day.

Convenient and friendly.
This is a fantastic hotel ideally situated in the centre of Arras. The Rose/Rhubarb welcome drink was a nice touch.We will be back.

Nice place with helpful staff
Good size room that was clean and comfortable. We arrived before check in time but the receptionist arranged a change of room for us so that we didn't have to wait...thank you! Restaurant is excellent, nice menu and very good quality food. Recommended.
