O quintal de 300m² possui área gourmet com churrasqueira, fogão e forno a lenha e uma refrescante piscina.
Além de um local para estacionar carros sem atrapalhar o lazer.

A estadia foi tranquila, a localização é de facil acesso, tinha vários utensílio como descrito. Só algumas observações que gostaria de deixar como dica: blackout nos quartos, quando amanhece acordamos junto com o Sol. Ar condicionado nos quartos, o ventilador de teto não dá vazão.

A casa é linda, espaçosa e muito bem localizada na Praia da Figueira, que é uma praia belíssima, de água cristalina - embora tenha ondas fortes em quase toda sua extensão, há alguns bancos de areia que formam piscinas deliciosas - e longe da agitação do Centro de Arraial. O Alex, que nos atendeu, foi gentil e solícito do início ao fim da nossa estadia.

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei na casa e recomendo. O dono e pessoa responsável pela entrega das chaves são atenciosos, a casa é muuuito próxima da praia (2 minutos andando), a casa é bem limpa e espaçosa.

Agradeço ao William,pois ele foi muito atencioso e educado ao responder com paciência todas as minhas inúmeras dúvidas. A casa é exatamente como está nas fotos. Muito confortável, linda,bem equipada,limpinha e aconchegante. A piscina e área de churrasco perfeitos. Fica pertinho de mercados onde se encontra de tudo. A praia é maravilhosa com areias clarinhas e um pôr do sol indescritível. Fica a 20 minutos de Arraial do Cabo ,onde se pode fazer passeio de barco para conhecer outras praias. Um passeio maravilhoso para quem busca um lugar paradisíaco porém sossegado.

Casa ótima!!! Linda e limpa!!! Ao lado da praia! A praia é vazia, mesmo em alta temporada. Excelente para quem busca tranquilidade, descanso e um lindo pôr do Sol!! Areia branca, águas cristalinas! Tem muitas ondas, portanto, não é o ideal para crianças. A casa fica em Figueira, há menos de meia hora de arraial. Muito fácil o acesso. Arraial do Cabo, em alta temporada, fica muito cheio e esta casa fica fora da cidade, num lugar bem tranquilo! Vale a pena para quem quer tranquilidade.! Ana e William, os donos, são super atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Eu e minha família recomendamos
