The house has upstairs 2 suites, 1 double bed and 2 single beds and the other 2 single beds and balcony.
Downstairs we have 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and a dresser, living room, bathroom and kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker and utensils.
Outside garage, beach shower, balcony, barbecue and laundry area.
The house is well ventilated, water system is automatic.

Estivemos no imóvel de 16 a 20/03/18 e apesar de poucos dias, foi como esperávamos, pois as fotos demonstram realmente como é - tudo muito limpo, arejado, novinho, aproveitamos ao máximo e fizemos até um churrasco. A proprietária é atenciosa, muito simpática e agradável e logo no primeiro contato esclareceu minhas dúvidas e passou confiança. A localização é muito boa, perto das praias e em rua sossegada para descanso. Obrigada Lia!

Adorei tudo: receptividade da sra Lia, localização, conforto e beleza do imóvel (tem absolutamente tudo), carinho com minhas pets e sem contar que ela me ofereceu mais uma diária pela falta de sol no penúltimo dia de minha estada...5 estrelas por que não tem mais...Super recomendo!!!

A casa ideal no paraíso
Vi esta casa no site, e pareceu ser o que estava procurando falei com a proprietária e sentir-me tranguila para fechar o aluguel, chegando no imóvel figuei maravilhada, a casa é novinha, super arejada, muita limpa, quase uma infra-estrutura de uma pousada, tem roupa de cama e banho, não precisei levar nada, e a proprietária super simpática e o melhor fica localizada em uma rua bem tranquila, Adorei.

Casa muito limpa e organizada
Estivemos na casa no mês de novembro. A casa estava limpíssima, tem tudo que se precisa. Só não dei 5 estrelas pq achei alguns colchões muito moles, mas pq "EU" não gosto. A proprietária é muito simpática e receptiva.
