The location is ideal for getting around on foot: the lake, Arona town centre, train station and local services are all within a pleasant walk (about 800 m). Generous interiors, antique furnishings and natural light create an authentic home, ideal for guests who appreciate comfort, beauty and tranquillity.
The unit is located on the first floor and covers approximately 170 sqm, offering generous and airy interiors.
Access is via a spacious entrance hall and a handcrafted walnut staircase, leading to the main living level.

– a large living room furnished with antique pieces and artworks, ideal for relaxing and spending time together
