This newly refurbished property consists of a luminous living room with excellent pool and sea views, dining area and Plasma TV set, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, toilet and bathroom. There is a separate independent room for washing machine, boiler, ironing and cleaning materials. Designed for comfortable accommodation of up to 4 people. SUITABLE for elderly guests as there are lifts available.
Available another 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in the same area, which makes it comfortable for big families or group of friends, to spend their holiday together.
The complex is kept to the highest standard and is suited to families with kids, and more mature persons looking for a peaceful beachside location, for a relaxing holiday to an excellent standard. The accommodation is situated all on one level. In the sunniest time of the day, if necessary, the entire terrace can be completely shut down and protected by an unfolding soft-canopy awning.
With these stunning views you soon realise what a beautiful Island Tenerife is. This is an ideal place for golf and tennis lovers, as Las Americas is just 15 minutes walk away, and there are lots of tennis courts nearby.
There is a free car parking nearby, but if you choose not to hire a car there are lots of taxis around and a bus stop is just 20m. There are 3 big supermarkets (one is 24/7) close by and also few dozens of excellent bars, restaurants and cafes nearby.
Only 50 min drive will take you to the Volcano - Mount Teide, and just an hour drive to the fabulous Loro-Parque in beautiful town of Puerto de la Cruz.
Here in atmosphere of tranquillity and comfort, you will be able to sunbathe under the warm Canarian sun, have a deep dive in the Ocean, play beach- or foot-volley, cook delicious kebab or Canarian-styled rabbit (Conejo Salmorejo) right on the beach, or simply enjoy the beautiful Tenerife climate.
