Am ersten Abend war die Rezeption gescglossen.die ganze Anlage im Dunkel. Am zweiten Abend bin ich auf den NICHT BELEUCHTETN TREPPEN neben apC17,Ohne GelƤnde gestĆ¼rzt, Mit dreifacher Schulter und Armfraktur. Bin im Krankenhaus Hospiten Sur ,Notoperiert worden.5 Tage im Krankenhaus mit meiner LebensgefƤhrtin,Daniela Schor. Niemand aus dem Hotel hat sich bei uns gemeldet.trotz anruf und email. Ich mƶchte ihnen gerne Unterlagen u Bilder schicke.Muss viele Wochen Rekuperation machen

Has nice clean pool, bar + food, staff were very helpful. Rooms are cleaned if requested. Away from all the noise of busy las americas so peaceful. Taxis are 8-10 euro, buses are 1.45 euro but stop after 8.45pm. Can hire cars at location Complex is some what dated I would recommend

We hadden een appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Het was een beetje onduidelijk hoe vaak er zou worden schoongemaakt. Terrasmeubilair was niet allemaal meer in goede staat. Van het zwembad hebben geen gebruik gemaakt, wel gevoeld, maar dit was koud. We hadden het idee dat het aantal parkeerplaatsen te beperkt was, zeker tijdens openingstijden van de tennisbaan. Je zit op een aantal autominuten afstand van de bekende drukke toeristencentra, maar ook dichtbij de snelweg TF-1. Een prima uitvalsbasis voor een Tenerifevakantie. Ook excursiebussen nemen de moeite om richting dit hotel/app.complex te rijden. Ontbijten en dineren hebben we niet alle dagen in het restaurant gedaan. Vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant, overigens in het hele complex was dat zo .Het ontbijt en avondeten is heel erg Engels georiƫnteerd. Lekker, maar voor niet-Engelsen misschien niet voor iedere dag geschikt.

Everyone was very friendly and brilliant for families,we stayed for a week, the food in their restaurant was lovely they done a breakfast buffet which we had everyday was really good value for money, the pool bar done buy 1 get 1 free and all drink so it was good as i have 4 children, we eill be going back again.

Very dated

Where do I start.....Check in.This was quick and easy and I met the lovely Anna. I only stayed 5 nights,but in that time I did feel the place is in need of a serious makeover.The shutter on the huge window broke on 4th day,I helped the maintenance guy fix it.I made full use of the kitchen which was equipped with all you need.Made my own meals as I was put off by reviews of restaurant. My room made a vintage feel as it didn't look like it had been decorated since 1985.On my last night I found a huge cockroach on my dining table and got bitten by bed bugs on final night. The hotel is 6km from the resort town of Las Americas, so you will need a car to go anywhere if you dont want to pay for taxis or wait for public bus.If your into sunbathing the pool area is ok but the water can best be described as fresh. Overall I think it's over priced for room only basis ,maybe 30% cheaper would reflect the hotels 2 star rating.

We really liked this property for all its amenities and pleasant staff however we found the reception area rather uncommunicative arriving to our keys left out and a rather disappointing communication re our expectations of a double bed as advertised to find 2 singles pushed together. The receptionist told us there was no such thing as doubled beds but they would try and do something to improve our discomfort, sadly no improvement was made and reception seemed quite disinterested we had paid extra for a property with a double bed! Otherwise the restaurant was good value and reasonably accommodating to vegan diet but would be a help if they provided non dairy milk at breakfast. Enjoyable stay none the less.

Generally this is a relaxing place to stay, it has a really nice pool area with an ample amount of sunbeds. The pool bar is really good with a good selection of reasonably priced drinks and snacks, it also offers a 2 for 1 policy between 11:00 and 17:00! We had a studio apartment, whilst this does have a kitchen area we didn't choose to use it, the restaurant serves an excellent breakfast at a great price and a good selection of evening meals as well. The staff are all brilliant, friendly and keen to help whenever they can. The only negative aspects are, the rooms are slightly dated although clean with plenty of clean towels, our room didn't have air conditioning which wasn't an issue for us in February but could be later in the year. We would return off season when the temperature wasn't at it's highest.

Hauptgeneration lag... studioservice: eher bescheiden, bett 14 d lang selbe bettwƤsche, bett ca. alle 3 d mal gemacht, boden nie wirklich gut gewischt, San.-Artikel bloss 2 seifeli, nur 4 langweilige deutsche privat-werbe-tv-sender (sat 1, pro 7...). Immerhin: grosses studio, viel platz.

Easy to find, good access to public transport. Very friendly staff, excellent condition of the property. Good range of facilities provided. Didnā€™t get the chance to use the restaurant which was on site but looked excellent. Couldnā€™t find any faults. Had a wonderful time.

La struttura si presenta in condizioni, nulla di fatiscente, locali puliti ampi e comodi. Mostra semplicemente gli anni che ha, ovvero ĆØ una struttura degli anni 90 massimo inizi del duemila. Non ĆØ male per fare una vacanza tranquilla a Tenerife spendendo il giusto. Per chi alloggia ai primi piani vicino al bar ocio al karaoke, se non siete tolleranti potrebbe infastidire.

Pleasant stay, bad bed, no first aid/meds

The stay was pleasant. The reception is open for limited hours but it helpful with any queries you have. We really didnt need to ask for anything other than what was already provided in the accommodation. The pool is maintained well. It is not temperature controlled though. Worth noting that they charge a mandatory cleaning fee for each booking. Only complaint is that the condition of the bed provided wasnt the best. My husband ended up with a bad back and couldnt even walk. There was no medical help or first aid available. Unfortunately for us, it was feast of immaculate conception that day and everything was closed including pharmacies. He had to be on pain killers that we carried with us fortunately to survive till we got home as we had our flight the next morning.

El personal es agradable pero todo estĆ” pensando para los ingleses,los carteles, actuaciones etc...es un poco frustrante que no te entienda nadie. El wifi de las habitaciones es horrible. Es una zona apartada y residencial,sin coche no lo tienes fĆ”cil. El apartamento es cĆ³modo aunque deberĆ­a tener algunas cosas bĆ”sicas (balleta, jabĆ³n...) Lo mejor de todo la piscina y la preciosa recepciĆ³n.
