Luxury modern studio with fully fitted kitchen and all necessary amenities. 2 minutes walk to Las Vistas beach and ideally located on the border between Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Airconditioning, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, hob, oven, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, large smart TV with international channels all nationalities, iron and ironing board. Decorated for a luxurious feel with silestone work surfaces, ambience lighting, large breakfast bar. Towels and bedding provided along with a complimentary welcome pack which includes coffee, tea, milk, water, sugar, a bottle of wine, washing up liquid, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Communal swimming pool and sun loungers available for guests. 2 minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and the safari shopping centre. No car necessary to enjoy all the amenities that Los Cristianos and Las Americas have to offer.
