Fantastic, spacious apartments, magic stay

Huge and fantastic apartments. Could not fault them, had everything you could want for a self catered holiday. Soft fluffy towels, massive (and I mean massive) rooms, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Helpful staff, well located and very well price for what you get. The only minor downside (as others have mentioned) is it’s vicinity to some very loud bars. Didn’t ruin our stay by any means, but it was difficult to get to sleep before midnight. If this does not bother you, then I cannot recommend more highly.

Our apartment was big and clean, exempt the main bathroom, there was bad smell and mold in the shower, we did tell the hotel staff and they try to clean it again but it was still not ok and we could not use the bathroom for 9 nights 😩 we did have another toilet but no shower or bath. The bed was very good and kosy The pool area was very nice, location in Los Cristianos was perfect for us 👍 we are probably going to stay there again later

Amazing

Communication was great ,with online check in making the actual check in so quick.guided tour of room st.mortiz which I can recommend enough for a couple,has fully fitted kitchen,corner bath in the bedroom,a dining balcony and also a private rooftop patio. Loved this place!

The apartment was great, much bigger than expected. We had direct access to the pool which was a big bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and were available anytime to answer queries. The beach was only a short walk away with plenty restaurants and bars. Playa De Las Americas was only a short taxi ride away. Overall a great stay.

Apartments are huge and is my new favourite place to stay it has everything you need for an awesome holiday only thing to watch is its directly across the road from the pubs so its noisy till 12 apart from that its well placed for everything an umbrella on the terrace would be a good addition we were in mistique The guy in reception alfonso is extremely helpful and will do anything for you

Great location for Los Christianos area, we booked a studio but were upgraded on arrival to a two bedroom apt which was fantastic. Great communications prior to arrival and fantastic support from on site staff and manager. A small complex with security gate, private pool and sun deck areas. Very clean and well cared for all round. The apartment had all amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. highly recommended.

Easy 10 minute walk to center of town, less than 15 mins to beach. Short drive to Costa Adeje (10 mins) for Siam Park and Mall. Room was spacious and well-equipped. Local mall has a good (if slightly expensive) supermarket. The neighbouring bars are noisy at night (live singers and karaoke all competing is quite the cacophony) so you can’t sit outside and relax, but the rooms are sound proofed enough that it’s peaceful inside if you want/need a quiet evening. Same bars are super friendly if you want to join in! ‘Overseas’ and ‘Avangard’ are two excellent restaurants within 3 mins walk.

Hard to fault this place. Great quiet location. There is a little noise from the bars opposite but it’s not overly intrusive and stops at midnight. It didn’t bother us at all. The “rooms” are simply enormous. I mean huge. We had a two bedroom apartment which extended over three floors including the roof terrace. The kitchen/living area alone was twice as big as many rooms I’ve stayed in. Staff were friendly, everywhere was clean, even the towels were thick and luxurious. I mean, stop looking and book here.

Lovely greeting from manager. Clean room, very spacious! Was really surprised to have two en suites, but shower head was broken in one. Didn’t affect things too much. Pool was clean and never too busy. Downhill to the beach, so uphill home, but not too bad. Great to have the dryer and dishwasher in room. Room was quite noisy at night from water system and other guests, but able to sleep well. Not disturbed by staff but able to ask any thing via WhatsApp. Temperature was comfortable and easy to control. Great to have use of the pool and towels after check out! Great holiday, would definitely recommend!

Family Stay

The location is terrific BUT there are bars with karaoke and live bands right across the street. Starts around 8pm and ends at midnight. So if you have a young family, this could be an issue for you. On arrival the person on reception is not what I would describe as friendly, he then proceeded to say we had been “refunded” our advanced payment two days previously and had to pay the full amount again. After I should bank statements and he made a few phones calls I was advised there had been a “glitch” a couple days before. He wrongly assumed this had affected us along with other customers. The gym - useless. Everything broken except for one bike.

Catia - a glorified secretary with front desk duties ruined my complete stay from day one. She refused to honor my booking terms not accepting my cash payment, impersonated to be the owner and sole decider. She threatened to let me homeless and destitute as an alone tourist, if payment not made by my debit card after being told that funds were compromised and that my agreement with Expedia was paying extra to "reserve now and pay later" at the property and to pay cash. If any of those terms were not accepted, I would have never booked the property. She was nasty, attacking, confrontational, imposing, bullying, cruel, lying, impersonating, racist and prejudice with hate, etc. I mentioned that she was committing a "bait and switch", acts of cruelty, fraud, breaking official agreements, etc., which she didn't care one bit, insisting on not honoring any agreements and demanding only electronic payment or leave. By luck, my card accepted the charge, but leaving me without funds on my card and spending every hour desperately trying to find any travel agencies to accept cash, or being destitute, unable to leave inspite of having cash. It took me until my last day to go through the very prejudiced and racist maze encountered in Tenerife that systematically refused to help me. One last-minute place finally accepted my business but draining my cash funds for purchase being last-minute. And, all because of this "Catia" woman. I should be reimbursed for malice, pain and suffering.

L'appartement est top. Très bien équipé. En revanche, il serait judicieux de remplacer la cafetière par une machine à dosettes (le café y est meilleur). Pour le reste, tout est parfait. Très spacieux, propre, la machine à laver et le sèche linge sont un vrai plus lors des vacances. La literie un peu molle mais pour 1 semaine de vacances, ça peut suffire. La terrasse au dernier étage est très bien et permet une vue panoramique du quartier. L'espace piscine est très bien. Il y a assez de transats pour tout le monde et la piscine est très agréable, avec son spa chaud. Un énorme merci pour l'équipe (Alphonso et Cathy), qui sont extrêmement gentils et attentionnés à leurs clients. Au niveau de la situation géographique, je suis partagée dans le sens où il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut aux alentours et accessibles à pied (centre commercial pour les courses, les restaurants, les bars...). Mais, les appartements sont situés juste en face de pubs anglais, dont 3 karaokés très animés tous les soirs et 1 pub anglais avec ses 18 TV, qui retransmet tous les matchs de foot anglais. Il y a du bruit tous les soirs et jusqu'à 00h30 maximum. Le côté positif est qu'après cette heure, c'est très calme et vous pouvez dormir tranquillement, jusque tard le matin. Si c'était à refaire, je reviendrai sans problème. Je recommande cet établissement.

We stayed in this property for 4 nights. I was aware of previous reviews stating that the bars nearby are very loud until early hours and on arrival asked if we could have a room which was not directly near these bars. This was disregarded and we were given the room closest to the bars and were told to contact the staff if it was a problem, first night it was very loud until around 1am and upon asking to be moved I was told I’d have to pay an extra €160 which was a ‘special price’ for me. I refused to pay extra money as had already paid a premium price for this property and struggled to sleep before 1am for the whole stay. The hotel itself is nice but needs some TLC, the room was dirty and was not cleaned the whole time we stayed, the sofa had lots of stains from previous guests. The pool and jacuzzi did not appear to be cleaned either for the duration of our stay and many of the amenities such as sauna and treatment room were closed and marked out of order. It’s a shame as this hotel could be beautiful but it seems that the owners have almost given up on it due to the inevitable complaints they get due to noise

This is a hidden gem and was an amazing apartment (key largo) Just watch Expedia offering a plunge pool in each room this is not true some have and some haven’t. The staff in these suites are amazing and so helpful and will sort any problems out swiftly unlike Expedia

Quiet and friendly

Lovely clean and quiet complex near some shops, bars and restaurants and only 10 minutes walk from the beach. We booked a 3 bed apartment which was huge with well equipped kitchen, large balcony and sun terrace with jacuzzi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Yes there was some noise in the evenings from the nearby bars but it was barely audible with the doors closed and stopped by midnight so not a big issue.

We originally booked ten nights for a stay in January 2022 but liked our one bed apartment and complex so much we stayed an additional nine nights. We stayed on the quiet side of the complex but agree with previous comments that the right side facing onto the bars on Av San Francisco, are noisy from approx 8.30pm until close. However, during the day the complex and swimming pool area is quiet. Special thanks to Alfonso and Catia who were attentive and looked after us during our stay. The bottle of bubbly and chocolates on arrival were a nice touch. The ground floor apartments are huge and well appointed with a modern large bathroom and comfortable bed. The terrace opens up onto the pool. Great location being close to a large supermarket, shops and bars. The town and beachfront are a 12-15 minute walk away.
