Hotel très agrable

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé: accès direct à la plage -Playa el Sable- qui est très bien protégée des vagues qui ne sont pas dangereuses pour les jeunes enfants grace au phénomènes des marées et aux rochers situés à l'Est - ce n'est pas le cas sur les autres plages qui se prêtent bien à la pratique du surf et bodyboard. Déjeuner très copieux. Personnel très agréable. On a dîné au restaurant de l'hotel deux soir, c'est très bon et les tarifs très corrects. Beaucoup d'autres restaurants disponibles dans le coin. Chambres bien insonorisées mais avec une fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse du bar. Si j'ai l'occasion d'y retourner, ce sera sans hésiter.

Estancia magnífica. El hotel está a pie de playa, las vistas desde la terraza de la habitación eran espectaculares. El desayuno buffet muy completo, la habitación muy cómoda y el personal muy amable.

el personal amable y simpatico, necesita darle una vuelta a las habitaciones un poco deteriodadas, el desayuno buffet correcto y la cena con media pension bastante pobre, años anteriores estaba todo mucho mas completo y mejor, la piscina y sauna cerradas

Decepcionante

Recepción con poco o ningun espiritu de servicio. Habiendo reservado dos habitaciones para dos adultos y dos niños nos asignaron habiataciones en dos plantas diferentes y no fue posible cambiarlas, salvo que hubiesemos aceptado una habitacion de inferior categoria al mismo precio ya cargado al hacer la reserva, y esta tampocoproxima a la otra. La cerradura electronica de una de las habitaciones estaba averiada y tuvimos que reclamar varias veces en recepcion y esperar mas de una hora a que alguien la reparase para poder cerrar la habitacion y salir. La hora de salida habia sido adelantada a las 11 h, lo que no estaba indicado en la informacion del hotel, pero que tuvimos que aceptar a la llegada, supuestamente como parte de los protocolos anti-covid.

Not the accommodation we booked

On arrival at 13.00 we were told that we could not have our room key until 14.30. Fair enough although most hotels that we have stayed in have been flexible on this point. Asked if they had a room for luggage while we went for lunch. No but we could leave it in the lounge. We left it and decided to go out for lunch. when we returned at 14.30 we were given the key to our room which was on the second floor despite requesting a lower floor room. When we got to our room we were annoyed to see it was a double room and not the twin room we had booked. Returned to reception to complain that a double room was not what we had booked only to be told that there was nothing they could do about it. There would be a twin available on the following day. Showed them a copy of the booking which was clearly for a twin they said there is not one available today but will be tomorrow. They said that accommodation requested was not guaranteed I accept that a low floor room request may not be possible but a twin room booking is not a request. We went to look at the other room next day, agreed that we wanted to move and had once again to wait until 2.30 to get the key. Not happy, did not eat or drink in the hotel during our stay.would not use this hotel again.
