"The overall condo was clean and spacious! We had a wonderful stay! The condo faces the water and there was easy access for my grandkids to fish in the morning. There were yard games for us to use so the kids loved that! Plenty of linens and blankets as it got pretty chilly Labor Day weekend. There were plenty of kitchen pans to make breakfast in the morning and the grill was great to grill food for lunch! Great Condo! We will be back!"

"What an awesome property!! We are lifelong Okoboji fans and visit a few times a year and this was one of our favorite trips. The condo is in a PERFECT location - walkable to almost everything. Very clean and comfortable - we had 5 adults and there was so much room to enjoy and relax. Check-in was a breeze, the unit is well stocked and so quiet. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful - we had a self-inflicted small emergency and they bailed us out right away! HIGHLY recommend this...

"This was a great place to spend our first visit to Okoboji. The condo was amazing and had more than enough space for our group of 10 (two families). Great location at Bridges Bay and the owners were very responsive. We definitely hope to return!"

"When we first arrived there was trash in the yard and bushes. As we were bringing things inside we noticed very sticky spots on the floor. The counters were dirty, see attached photo of dirty cleaning wipes we had to buy. We had to vacuum immediately. As we were getting ready for bed, the bedding was dirty. Full of long black hair, chips, and lots of stains. We brought the concerns up with the property manager and she was able to deliver new stuff 4 hours later which was a long time of us...
