Lake view condo! Updated unit with 8 beds and 6 waterpark passes at Bridges Bay.

Welcome to your favorite family vacation destination with beautiful views of Lake Okoboji! Whether you are looking to rent for a week or a weekend you will not run out of things to do! Start by parking in our underground heated garage and use the elevator to bring your gear up to the condo. Our newly updated condo boasts almost 1500 ft.² of living space, with all the conveniences of home. The condo has three bedrooms including a master with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed, and third bedroom with two triple twin-size bunk beds. We have room to sleep 10 comfortably, two bathrooms stocked with bath towels and washcloths, full kitchen stocked with plates, cups, utensils and appliances to cook your own meals. The living room is very comfortable and has a fireplace to enjoy as you wind down at the end of the day. Our deck has a great view of East Lake that you will enjoy as you are using the grill or having a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker in the morning! There is also a common area a short walk from the condo where you can sit by a fire pit and enjoy views of the lake.

Our condo comes with six passes to Bridges Bay waterpark, just a short walk away. Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day both the indoor and outdoor waterpark are open daily, as well as a private condo pool next to the condo building. The indoor waterpark is open weekends and holidays between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend. The waterpark is great for kids or adults of all ages, with waterslides for the older kids and a zero entry splash pool for the little ones! There is a lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy!

Coming to the area to go boating or fishing? East and West Okoboji lakes have fantastic fishing opportunities, from walleye to panfish! There is even scuba diving in the lake! There is also boat trailer parking and a boat ramp near the condo and an option to rent a boat slip from Bridges Bay. https://bridgesbayresort.com/amenities/boat-hoist-rentals/ Not interested in cooking??? There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance on the Bridges Bay property. Bracco (http://braccorestaurant.com/bracco/okoboji/ ) often has live music in the summer and an outdoor fire pit area to enjoy while looking over the lake. There are also plenty of additional eating options within a short drive from the condo. Property was very clean. I love the open area and the heated garage specially for those cold wet days. Unfortunately, we had no chance to explore the area due to the weather, but we had a good time with the kids.

Very nice stay. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Fishing is good. The infoor water park near by is only open weekends in the late fall. The arcade is open 24/7. I'd stay again but earlier in the year

Great location with a lake view

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was a comfortable size for all of us, it was clean, and well stocked with everything we needed/wanted. The little waterpark on property was also a nice bonus. Just a FYI, it was noisy due to kids running and jumping above our condo but that is obviously out of the control of the hosts. It is just something for renters to be aware of.

We celebrated 2 birthdays and went wedding dress shopping for my daughter. The place was perfect, with a great location. Easy directions on how to get to the place and how to check in and check out. We ate all our meals at the place but one. The place was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Loved our staff and would love to stay again!

Perfect!

Condo was very clean and well maintained. Check in/check out instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Communication with owner was also super easy. Kitchen had a few of the staple dishes, pots and pans which was helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations and we will definitely go back!

Perfect weather for October

Due to the warmer weather and the October Festival that was going on at Arnold's Park, we had 4 days of absolute fun. Was able to enjoy the outside deck and firepit every night. The beds are heavenly. The unit could not have been better

Boji Blast Getaway

My husband and our 3 boys booked this VRBO with my brother in law and his children. Our boys were in the Boji Blast tournament. This was perfect for our families as it was close to the rink and the water park and arcade were a great asset for the kiddos! I hope to book more with Rachel and Chad! Great place to stay

Our condo was wonderful! Location worked great for my husband and me. Quiet yet close to all the hot attractions! My only suggestions would be the ice maker wasn’t working, and we had ice cube trays. Not impossible to handle of course, but would expect a functioning ice maker in a condo of this caliber. An ottoman in the living area would have been a plus too. Otherwise, everting was neat, clean and well appointed!! We will book this condo again!

Weekend getaway

We (myself, my husband, and four kids ages 13, 11, 5, 5), stayed for the weekend. The property is huge. Our kids loved the bunk room and the water park was great. The property is exactly as represented in the description. There were extras like beach towels, a few books/toys for our little kids, games for the big kids, etc. The deck has a beautiful view of the lake, and the check in/out process was one of the easiest we’ve encountered. We spent some of the drive home talking about the next time we could head up to spend another weekend. Great condo all-around!
