Better than the Pictures
The house was within walking distance of shops and looked better than the photos. The yard was fully fenced which wasn't completely obvious from the photos. Beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped. Shame about the draughts around the doors.

Great spot to stay
We were very disappointed. The listing stated 2 bathrooms and it definitely only had one. We purposely stay here for the 2 bathrooms as I have an elderly mother who requires a bathroom often.

Great place to Stay
We had a lovely time at this property. The yard was secure for our dogs with shade for them. Our son loved the big trees. The house had everything we needed. It was a little dusty but everything else was great. The battery on the NBN went flat while we were there and made an annoying beeping noise that would not go away. The agent for the property was so good to communicate with and this problem was resolved quickly.

There were dishes on the sink when we arrived, toilet didn’t flush properly and blinds were dusty and didn’t work, spider webs everywhere. Could do with a spring clean

A good place that needs some things repaired.
Tidy but dust on most surfaces - dont think the place had been cleaned just prior to our arrival. Several exterior lights didnt work. Dishwasher didnt work. But we needed a place for family to meet and where our pets would be welcome and it met those needs just fine.

Great long weekend in Armidale
Great property, well maintained and delighted to find welcome pack in fridge and coffee/tea. Internet was faster than home. Loved the log fire. Beds very comfortable. Overall a really nice home away from home.
