For a 4star motel, it was clean and tidy but nothing special. It was getting old and tired. Not the cheapest.

We had to check in by phone, despite arriving well before closing time. In-room coffee was only decaf instant. However, checkout was with cheerful, friendly desk lady.

An hidden gem in Armidale.
Service was exceptional; friendliness outstanding; food magnificent. Best food I’ve experienced for a long time. We ate at dining room every night rather than risk being disappointed elsewhere. Lovely staff. We’ll be back.

Unfortunately the restaurant was not open on the nights we were there. The restaurant was what attracted us to the motel. Also suggest you look at installing some electric vehicle chargers. Otherwise you will fall behind the market.

The owner was so friendly and helpful. Room large and comfy. Cleaning service efficient. Water complimentary was great. Dinner at the manor was delicious and good service. Updated furniture would bring the ratings up more and better wifi connection could also be better. Overall loved our stay and would be back.

Very nice place to stay in Armidale. There are alot of old, not well looked after motels and hotels in Armidale and this is not one of them! It is very clean, comfortable and quiet, we couldn't have asked for more.

Good winter experience
A good bolt-hole against the winter weather. Not too far from the town centre. Lots of character. Good security and ventilation. Don't choose Monday if you want to eat at the restaurant attached.
