Amazing sea view from the balcony and bedroom. H
"Appartement Idéalement placé, au coeur du quartier animé d’Armaçao de Pera. L’appartement est cosy, très bien équipé, wifi, SmartTv LG dernière génération, au 5è étage avec ascenseur, un petit balcon qui donne sur le front de mer, où nous avons pris nos repas. La literie est très confortable, le canapé aussi, une clim dans la chambre et dans le salon. Pour un couple, c’est l'idéal. L’arrivée s’est faite sans problème, Dora nous a communiqué les codes des accès de la porte de la résidence et de la boite à clé. Pour info, l’entrée de la résidence est en face l’intermarché contact (nous avons un peu galèré à la trouvée via le gps). Le seul bémol est pour se garer, l’appartement étant situé au coeur du quartier le plus animé d’Armaçao de Pera, il est très très compliqué de trouver une place de stationnement, surtout le soir, car de nombreux touristes viennent arpenter le remblais, et diner dans les nombreux restaurants du quartier (vous trouverez un excellent Steakhouse à 100 m de la résidence), il est donc quasiment impossible de se garer proche de l’appartement. Néanmoins l’on arrive a trouver des places au dela de l’Avenue de Las Oceanos. Voilà, sans ce très léger Bémol, j’aurais demandé à Abritel de pouvoir donner un 11/10, ce sera donc juste un 10/10 "

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war alles genauso wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass an allen Fenstern Insektenschutznetze vorhanden waren – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.Der Pool mit einer Tiefe von 2,20 m war ein echtes Highlight. Außerdem standen ausreichend Badetücher zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch war. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, sodass auch an heißen Tagen für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt ist.In der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen und für den täglichen Gebrauch braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Insgesamt war alles hervorragend – wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen."

"The Villa was well maintained with beautiful grounds and clean pool. Interior was well maintained, clean and in the modern European style with amenities as described. Location is central to local activities, but a rental car is required. Very relaxing and quiet. We would highly recommend for a future stay. Be prepared, not to receive entry information before specific time posted, requiring WIFI. This lack of information on entry posed a problem for us as we were unfamiliar with where we could access WIFI being our first trip in this area."
Villa with heatable pool, 2 jacuzzis & BBQ
"The house was as described. We were travelling as a group of 12 women, lots of room for everyone. The pool was great, we paid extra tonhave it heated. We only used one of the 2 hottubs. When we arrived (late in the day) a mirror in one of the bathrooms had come off the wall, and one of the bathrooms had a light that wasn't working, we sent a message to let them know, everything was fixed the next day. Our only real issue was the cleanliness of the table. It is a large table which was awesome, it has a glass inlay the amount of crumbs and dirt around the edge were quite something. There was a tablecloth but it was not big enough to hide that. We ended up buying something and covering it ourselves. It would not be easy to remove that glass to clean it but perhaps a bigger tablecloth.Otherwise, we were satisfied with our stay. We had a great time in Armacao de Pera."

"We stayed at Villa Albert with a large group of friends and had a fantastic time. The villa offered plenty of space and privacy, while the shared areas were perfect for spending time together. The pool, BBQ area and games room were enjoyed by everyone."
Nice city apartment with pool - 200m to the sea
"It was a very tidy, and reasonably well located. There’s a regular market next to the apartment, and a big outdoor Saturday market as well. There’s a play school next door, so expect a little daytime noise from there. But it’s close to grocery shopping, restaurants, and the beach. "
