"Great location and staff adequate, some helpful, some rude, but obviously skimping on basic room amenities, like soap, shampoo, bathroom tissue and linens. One tiny soap to use in both sink and shower, and when they “cleaned” the room they didn’t replenish, nor were emptied coffee cups removed. No pad and pen, no complimentary water or coffeemaker, no chairs on the balcony. Some simple comforts would have made all the difference, but when we return we’ll stay elsewhere."

"Property is located in the small Spanish Village of Les. Great Mountain View’s in all directions The hotel is centrally located, close to multiple cafés, bars and a few restaurants that are right along a watershed that runs through the village. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and I got one four parking spots right out front. Stayed two nights and caught the Tour de France in Bagneres de Luchon. "Bad experience at check in. We booked a room for 2 adults and a child and at check-in I had to prove that I had booked correctly through Expedia. I also had to prove that I had corresponded by email with the staff and was promised that I would get a cot (we arrived at midnight). The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Facilities and cleanliness at a high level. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner. All in all, we left satisfied"

"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out...

"Appartement petit pour six personnes, il y a peine le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle d'eau est correct. Mais la nuit il y a des bruits de goutte d'eau qui deviennent très pénibles. La literie est correct. Le personnel a l'accueil et très serviable et souriant. Piscine et sauna trop petit pour le nombre d'appartements."
