"This property claims to be accessible throughout its website; however, they only have one accessible room on the ground floor. The hotel itself is not accessible, nor are the rooms. As someone with a disability, I had to navigate two steep staircases to reach my room, which also contained stairs. The bathroom was extremely small and unsafe for disabled individuals. Fortunately, a family member was present to assist me, as I shudder to think what might have happened otherwise. No staff offered to help, and my prior request for assistance was ignored before my stay. I checked out immediately upon arrival and did not use the room. Expedia attempted to contact the property regarding false advertising and a refund, but all calls and emails have been ignored. This experience was unprofessional and misleading."

"A pleasant and relaxed stay in this comfortable hotel. Staff very attentive. Good a la carte dinner and substantial breakfast. Quiet surroundings. Shame there wasn't better views of the grounds but that is the layout of the house."

"This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."

"We enjoyed our stay the cottage is very convenient to the beautiful village of Lymm, wifi was faultless and parking adequate, the communication with the host Matt was excellent and facilities clean and functional, there is a public clothes dryer at the Lymm truck stop 5 minutes drive away so not a problem, all in all a pleasant stay and a perfect location in a lovely part of England Happy days Adrian & Seela"
