Definitely below expectations. Poor service, room not clean, low to useless WIFI, could not decently cook even the chicken breast in a Caesar salad (and lettuce must cost a fortune over there, as the leaves were about 12 or 13 total), you had to "book" the micro gym but ... it was closed for the lunch break ... they did not even bother to provide swimming pool's towels,

Mauvaise expérience. A éviter

Triste expérience. Je voulais travailler dans un bel environnement. Pas de wifi, ni dans la chambre ni à la piscine. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai signalé à plusieurs reprises, rien n'a été fait. Le lieu est peu soigné, mobilier extérieur délabré, supports de parasol qui se démontent présentant des arrêtes métalliques dangereuses. Jardin non entretenu laissé à l'abandon. Manque de "tender loving care". Cet hotel devrait afficher au maximum 3 étoiles. Présentation trompeuse sur le site. Je n'y retournerai plus, impression d'avoir été trompé.

Établissement dans un cadre exceptionnel , idéal pour les touristes en recherche de Camargue, mais équipement des chambres trop standard (pas de décoration, mobilier en fer ordinaire abimé, faible éclairage), linge manquant, un plus pour une grande salle de bain moderne et qualité des équipements trop modestes pour la catégorie dont se recommande l'établissement, des détails à améliorer pour ce standing.

Experience décevante

On paye surtout pour le cadre magnifique, mais rapport qualité prix désastreux, le personnel est sympathique mais dépassé donc on n'ose même pas le déranger. Personne pour nous renseigner au spa. Porte de chambre qui ne se verouille pas, plomberie défectueuse, literie à changer...manque d'entretien en général, sauf pour nettoyer les feuilles au souffleur à 8h du matin devant notre chambre. Chambre mal refaite entre 2 nuits (pas de papier toilette ni de bouteille d'eau remplacés) Buffet petit déjeuner infesté de guêpes, et peu fourni pour ce prix. Accès à l'hôtel non carrossable sur 800m, avec dos d'ânes, voiture basses s'abstenir. Parking non sécurisé. Inacceptable pour un 4 étoiles avec ces tarifs.

Belle escapade

Séjour parfait, l'endroit est superbe, la piscine qui donne sur le marais, les petits ponts, superbe décor. Cécile et toute son équipe sont très attentifs et restent aux petits soin pour les clients. Le SPA avec la privatisation de l'espace est un moment unique et les massages sont vivement conseillés.

Diese Hotel ist einfach TRAUMHAFT! Das Personal ist super freundlich, die Zimmer wunderschön und sauber, die Hunde sind willkommen, das SPA und sein Personal einmalig nett und kompetent, das Essen super lecker! Wir sind so dankbar, dass wir dort sein durften und werden auch in Zukunft dieses Hotel IMMER wieder wählen! Danke, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften und uns sogar früher haben anreisen lassen! Blends beautifully into the nature of the Camargue. Close to town but entirely apart and peaceful. We stayed in a charming gypsy caravan sitting on the water. For some it would be hard to get into and out of the bed, but it was unique, comfortable and very well appointed. Lovely dinner in the restaurant and gracious staff.

Séjour plutôt mitigé : Points positifs : - cadre naturel resplendissant ; - personnel sympathique (bien qu'assez maladroit dans ses attentions) - restaurant de bonne qualité Points négatifs : - décoration de chambre "Pinède" vieillotte (lambris, meubles hors d'âge, une carte géologique improbable de la Chine au mur ...) - salle de bain assez moderne mais peu commode (pas de rideau de douche à la baignoire, par ailleurs glissante) - tout au spa doit être réservé, y compris la piscine chauffante
