"Breakfast was a disappointment, not very substantial and not very appealing. Even though it’s not pool weather outdoors, the trash collected in the bottom of it was an eyesore. We did have to ask for a coffeemaker to be brought to our room which was odd since every thing else was there. The gentleman who delivered it to us was super nice and friendly."

"Had to turn the water off while showering because it wouldn’t drain and would overflow the pan. Hotel appeared to be under renovations? Outlets didn’t work in the room. Staff tried to be helpful, but I got the feeling management was just trying to do cheap repairs and nothing really worked. Housekeeping was sub par. People serving breakfast were kind."

"The pool area was big and very crowded. A lot of underage kids not supervised doing back flips off the slide and sitting on the tennis nets. The hotel staff are very friendly but do not monitor what is happening on the property. At times the pool area felt unsafe for small kids due to teenagers doing flips right in the pool along side of them. The rooms spacious but are outdated with 90s curtains, flooring, and decor. "
