"Excellent stay, beautiful home. Very clean inside and out. Everything was included, bedding, towels, kitchen was well stocked with all spices, lots of utensils, pots and pans. The pool was beautiful and we loved relaxing in the awesome patio area. Location is outstanding, close to shopping, grocery stores, etc..The house managers are excellent hosts. We would love to stay here on our next visit.."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and initially had some issues with the linens, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way management handled the situation completely changed my impression. Upon checkout, the manager, Wendy, went above and beyond to make things right — she personally offered us $30 cash for breakfast and even allowed us to choose several snacks for our road trip as a thoughtful gesture. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters most. Because of Wendy’s excellent service and willingness to ensure we left on a positive note, I’m happy to revise my review and say I would stay here again. Thank you, Wendy, for turning our experience around!"
