This is the cutest little place in a great location. Clean. New. Grear communication. Gorgeous pool. Will absolutely be staying here again!

This property was very clean and in order. Outside ground are kept up very well. suggestion would be for a TV in the master BR or put a sofa in the living room that is not a futon. Floor mats for the front and rear entre areas. There is no broom or swifter to clean the floor if dirt is tracked in. A garden house for the back patio would be nice if a guest as myself would not have minded to hose off the dusty patio and furniture, and for this pet friendly home how does pet owners clean off the artificial grass in the back if their pet uses it? No hose to rinse it off. We would stay again host was very informative and responsive.

Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers were those with overhangs. Recommend adding clarity to parking instructions. Key fob to the gym did not work. Light switch design was horrible Apartment was clean, but too minimalist. Felt sterile. Zero desire to spend any more time than necessary in the apartment. Positives Felt safe Clean Courtyard and pool area were pleasant

New home with wonderful pool and hot tub area

This home was very new and clean. We felt very secure in this gorgwous gated community. I would have given 5 stars if the home was completely set up. We had to go purchase a coffee pot to have our morning coffee. The home only had 2 towels for our 5 day stay. We do alot of hikes and day trips when we travel so a small cooler would have been awesome. Also after a busy day of hiking or sightseeing we love to come back and snuggle in to a nice cushy couch and watch TV. This home had 2 very uncomfortable couch and bench seat. The chairs for the island were nice. There also was not a small kitchen table which would have been nice for morning coffee and muffins. All in all it is a nice home and hopefully over time some homey touchea will be added.

This place was excellent, clean, and has lots of living space. The home was well equipped simple but fully functional, fully set up kitchen with pots pans knifes forks all that good stuff. Communication was on point, if you have any questions or anything of the sort youll get an answer back fast. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in a fully set spot with so many things such as a pool, hot tub.

The Sunny Contemporary Home with Pool is a wonderful place to stay in Casa Grande. We loved it. It is very clean spacious and has all the amenities that we needed. A park and the pool are right out the front door.
