"Property is amazing and private. The beach access is great as well as the surf. WiFi was fast and much needed since the areas cell signal is abysmal. Roy was great with the check in process and making sure we were updated prior to arriving. Heads up, make sure you’ve got WhatsApp installed prior to arriving. Seems to be the best means of communication with the property. Plenty of restaurants and bodegas within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Santa Teresa."

"The decks were special places to eat, read, yoga and just talk. Loved being able to walk beach each morning H and watch sunsets at nights. Easy to get to Hermosillo beach to surf. Loved the quiet away from town… howler monkeys pass through evenings and mornings. great local restaurants. Perfect for our family."

"The place was great, modern and clean with a fantastic view on forest and ocean. There was construction noise as the neighboring house was being built, which was not cool but only a temporary annoyance and the workers were very considerate.There was a very helpful and nice person available to help whenever it was needed. We would definitely rent again. "
