No AC in the treehouse ( other rooms do have AC) but the fans keep the temperature at night reasonable. About a 4 minute walk to the beach and in the heart of many restaurants! I highly recommend! "

"Playa Manzanillo beach extends over miles and is much less touristy than Santa Theresa. If you are looking for a little peace on the Nicoya peninsula this is a great spot. The house is brand new, you have a beautiful wooden terrace, views on the surrounding hills, the master bedroom has the same gorgeous view. It’s like you immersed in nature. It’s a great place to get back to from your daily adventures. It has all the connectivity and privacy you need if you are working and want to surf/ enjoy the beach on your free time. The owner was very responsive."

"We had an amazing stay here. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Everything was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and watching the monkeys, as well as the short walk down to the beach to surf. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance and it’s a short drive to town. Overall, it was a fantastic trip. We didn’t want to leave! "
