"Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. Large windows without a barrier , if you have kids be careful as they can jump out or as they say in the apartment “if you open the window, birds can fly in.” All instructions by the property is in French, be prepared to use your...

"I immediately communicated with the host about the air conditioner requiring the sliding door to the patio to be open if operational. This would not have been possible at night and as a result, we could not stay there as it would have been easy for someone to come in and rob or assault us. HUGE safety issue! I informed host immediately and said I would NOT be staying there."
