The space
This accommodation is divided into two parts, one of which can be completely independent (via the back of the house).

House:
On the ground floor, the house consists of a large 35m² living room with a 5-seater corner sofa (with two seats) and a large TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO).
A table that can seat up to 10 people.
A fully equipped kitchen of over 14m², ideal for family breakfasts.
A large bathroom with a large shower (120cm x 120cm) and a toilet, a bathtub, and a double sink.
An 18m² bedroom with a fireplace and two 90x190cm beds.
Upstairs: A 25m² bedroom (floor space) and a 15m² attic space (Carrez law) containing a 200x200cm bed and a children's bunk bed.

Attic:
Going through the back of the house, you will access the converted attic.
This space consists of three dual-aspect rooms, in the following order:
Bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen with a sofa bed, bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a large TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+).

Outdoors: At the front, you can enjoy a sunny garden with a deckchair. At the back, a courtyard with a table and barbecue will welcome you for aperitifs and meals with family or friends.

In the basement and on the driveway, you can park two cars.
