Relax in this elegant one-bedroom apartment of 33m2 including balcony, located on the first floor at the end of the passageway of the smallest of the three buildings of the Les Belles Rives residence, renovated, decorated with originality and over-equipped to make it pleasant and comfortable short (1 night) or long stays for 1 to 4 people. The vast balcony overlooks the Dordogne and the swimming pool.
Elegant and functional, secure, equipped with blackout curtains, the accommodation is composed of a secure entrance door, opening onto a corridor with storage space, a small independent bedroom with double bed (140*190), a bathroom with bathtub equipped with a shower screen, a separate toilet then a living room kitchen dining area lounge with a sofa offering 2 single beds (80*190 & 80*180) and a large balcony real second dining area with a beautiful view of river park and swimming pool. Full equipment. : +++Bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge on request.+++ Rack for 24 fishing rods, television, microwave, traditional mini fan oven with spit, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer , 4-burner ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker with welcome pods, classic coffee maker, culinary scale, toaster, kettle, 3 in 1 hand blender (chopper, whisk), column fan, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, clothesline, multi-socket extension cords, and USB sockets, anti-insect lamp, micro HiFi system with CD player and alarm clock radio function, soap, dishwasher pods, salt, pepper, spices... Books, regional guides, Music CDs, card games and board games...
Permanent access to the park and play areas (young children's swing, bowling alley, ping-pong table), the bicycle rack and the pedestrian path allowing access to the car parking lot. The landscaped and wooded park is fenced and has an access gate to the Dordogne bank path (pedestrian access to the Biodiversity Reserve, the town center and shops, the fishing area) and a large secure automatic gate for car access.
During the opening period from April 1 to September 30 and opening hours 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.: access to the secure heated swimming pool and deckchairs.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor and is only accessible by a staircase. It is therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Allergy sufferers should note that this apartment welcomes dogs and cats.
We do not live on site. However, a trusted person will be on site, will welcome you, handle logistics and will ensure that you do not miss anything. We will be able to communicate by email and telephone.

Une semaine au bord de la Dordogne

Accueil et communication avec le propriétaire efficace. Sur place arrivée et départ nickel. L'appartement est suffisant pour 4 et surtout très bien équipé. La résidence est calme et la piscine super entretenue. Nous avons trouvé les gens très respectueux (pas de bruit le soir, comportement à la piscine) au sein de cette résidence de vacances très familiale où les règles sont clairement données par le propriétaire. Le canapé lit est parfait pour des enfants car ils ont chacun un couchage.
