This was a great place to stay in the heart of Tuscany. Nice, old fashioned charm. Relaxing atmosphere, with horses, sheep, sweet dogs nearby on the large grounds. The large pool was closed for the season, but looked inviting. Only four units (ask for the suite - it has a real wood-burning fireplace!). Perfect spot to make your HQ for exploring the beautiful Tuscan hills. A car is a must - easy parking. Safe, secure property

We had a great stay. The family is friendly and helpful. The farm fresh eggs were delicious, along with nonna's baked goods. It took a while for the water to get warm in the shower, but that's the only negative I can think of.

Such a relaxing stay! This place was a breath of fresh air to sit back and relax. Sat by the pool, walked into the local town and had pizza, took a bus into Arezzo. Didn’t have a car but we were still able to walk to everything we needed. The family was welcoming and helped us out a lot with anything we needed. Thank you!

La propiedad está a 20 minutos en carro en las afueras de Arezzo. Es magnífica pero lo que la hace única, es la familia que tiene el manejo y la atención. Además de súper limpia, amplia, la seguridad y el magnífico desayuno, fueron las atenciones y el cariño de la familia dueños de la propiedad. Grazie mile a Marcia, Daniela y la pizza de Ricardo, nos hicieron sentir en casa. Se siente una paz y tranquilidad, excelente sitio para relajarse y descansar. Los perritos son muy cariñosos, el desayuno fresco y abundante. Todo estuvo perfecto! Tips: en carro del centro de Arezzo 20 minutos Transporte local el autobús P1 los deja en la parada/ fermeta a 900 mts del B&B y caminar por el sendero. El sendero no cuenta con iluminación. El autobús pasa cada 45 minutos El centro de Arezzo increíble, muy calmo y con encanto, allí se filmó, la vida es bella

Ein herrliches Landhaus, etwas abseits gelegen, ruhig, mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Das Ganze ist renoviert mit vielen Holzmöbeln, das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend. Dazu gibt es im Garten einen großen Pool, einfach herrlich zum Ausruhen nach Stadtbesichtigungen.

Meravigliosa accoglienza da parte di tutta la famiglia, il b&b è molto bello, silenzioso e nel verde, a pochi minuti di macchina da tutto quel che serve ad Arezzo. Camera pulita e con letto comodo. Colazione squisita, marmellate fatte in casa e dolce vegano fatto apposta per me. Il mio riferimento ad Arezzo anche per il futuro.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr nette Gastgeber

Hervorragender Kurzurlaub auf dem Weg nach Neapel. Einfache aber sehr sauberes Zimmer mit hervorragendem Bad, ein toller Garten mit einem sehr schönem Pool, phantastische Gastgeber die ein super frisches, aus regionalen Zutaten bestehendes Frühstück zubereiten. Ideale Nähe zur Fattoria La Vialla und nebenbei haben wir mit Arezzo eine weitere, sehr schöne Stadt in der Toskana kennen gelernt. Gerne kommen wir wieder und bleiben dann länger als nur für 2 Nächte.

Agriturismo vero.

Agriturismo vero. Immerso nel verde delle colline Aretine, permette di rilassarsi nel verde e nella pace. Piacevolmente circondato dagli animali da cortile, e dal maneggio antistante. Camere pulitissime è in stile al punto giusto. Colazione eccezionale con dolci sempre fatti in casa e salati freschissimi ( super le Uova al tegamino delle galline della proprietaria). Insomma tutto perfetto.

Schönes Landhaus mit großem Pool und tollFrühstück

Schöner Aufenthalt im Landhaus mit sehr freundlichemn Besitzern. Super Frühstück, zu dem es jeden Morgen selbstgebackenen Kuchen und Bruscetta o.a. gab. Der Pool und Garten sind sehr groß, so dass ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste vorhanden ist. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber ohne Klimaanlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Quiet and comfortable

We were visiting Fattoria la vialla and they recommended this property. We received a nice welcome. Lovely grounds and swimming pool. Room was a bit on the small size but comfortable. Breakfast and parking was good.

struttura perfetta, pulita e confortevole. gestione eccellente, familiare e intima, pronta a consigliare e aiutare per qualsiasi richiesta. colazione davvero ottima preparata da loro, con paste, biscotti, torte, salumi e formaggi locali. piscina ben curata e giardino esterno spazioso. sicuramente da ritornare!!
