Caveats: there are about 60 stairs to get to the apartment; cleanliness left a lot to be desired; it is a split level place with no bathroom in the sleeping area; there are basically no convenient spaces to hang your clothes; a car is a must since the property is isolated and far from any public transportation, if there is any.
